Der 2019 Arborina ist kompakt, dicht, saftig, reichhaltig und vielschichtig. In der Nase domieniert der Duft von dunklen, reifen Früchten wie Pflaumen, Brombeeren, Schwarzkirschen. Auch päsent starke käuterige und erdige Noten. Am Gaumen dicht, komplex, vollmundig mit süßem und mineralischem Finale. Auch wenn die Tannine fein poliert sind, wird der Wein trotzdem ein paar Jahre Flaschenlagerung brauchen, um seine Balance zu finden.
Attractive ripe cherries, toasted spices and blood orange with hints of cedar and bark. Medium- to full-bodied with polished tannins and creamy texture. Fine-grained and compact with a long finish. Try after 2027. 95/100
"The 2019 Barolo Arborina opens with a kick of macerated cherry, kirsch and warming alcohol. Notably, the firm Arborina tannins are very nicely balanced. The 2019 is a decidedly racy, extroverted wine. It will be interesting to see how it comes together.
