Mario Marengo, Barolo docg Brunate 2014

Brunate: eine der bedeutensten Lagen im Barolo Gebiet. Dieser Barolo ist einfach eine Granate!
Im 2014 wurde kein Barolo Brunate Riserva wegen der Mangel an Trauben produziert, deswegen wurden alle Trauben der Lage für diesen Barolo zusammen getan. Rosenblüten, Kirsche, rote Beeren und Schokolade. Tief und lang. Der Tannin ist präsent aber samtig. Ein harmonischer, eleganter, komplexer Barolo. Hier eindeutig mehr Nebbiolo Charakter gegenüber den 2012er und 2013er Brunate, trotzdem behält der Wein seine typische Mineralität und Finesse.
